The concept of plate tectonics is fundamental to understanding our planet's dynamic nature. These massive plates, constructed of the Earth's crust and upper mantle, are in constant movement. Driven by convection currents beneath the Earth's mantle, they collide against each other, forming a variety of geological features. At margins, plates can me
